How long will it take to get my orders?

How to track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive your tracking number within 1-4 days. Please note that tracking details may take some time to update, so check back if they’re not immediately available. To track your order, click here.
What is the return policy?
We understand it can be tricky purchasing online. Our return policy ensures that you can exchange or return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 21 days. Please click here for more return infomation
Do you offer Exchanges?
Yes, we offer FREE exchanges for the same product in a different size or color. Please note, only one free exchange is allowed per order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, you'll need to wait for the item to be delivered and then initiate a return.
What if I provided the wrong delivery address?
It's important to double-check your delivery details! While we work hard to process orders quickly, there's only a short window for address corrections. If you spot an error, please reach out to us right away so we can assist.
What if I recieve a damaged or wrong item?
Defective items MUST be reported within 7 days of delivery. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter.
If your item arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately with a clear photo of the item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make things right!
Lost or stolen packages?
Dress Envy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check your property or with neighbors first. If you’re still unable to locate it, contact your carrier to file a claim.
Once you have a claim number, reach out to us so we can assist in finding a resolution. Please wait 48 business hours after the delivery status update before filing a claim, as packages often arrive within that time.
